• Safe operation of all Hot Mill area cranes
• Scrap disposal using of mill cutting torches
• Operation of Hot Strip Mill sample shears
• Continuous observations and recording (written and electronic) of coil quality data.
• Operation of both automatic and manual strapping equipment
• Various utility functions assigned by area supervisor

• Strong safety awareness and fluent with our TCOS program
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently without direct supervision
• Works well with others and independently
• Quality and detail-oriented
• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled
• Ability to work routinely in a hot
• Repetitive stretching, reaching, lifting, and walking will be required to support routine responsibilities.Safety Oriented
