Responsible for maintaining best practices with our workstation infrastructure.

• Maintain Sophos Anti-Virus installs and react to findings.
• Patching workstations using Endpoint Central to eliminate findings from our Tenable vulnerability scans.
• Maintain and implement new computer equipment, phones, and printers
• Install and configure software applications
• Use JIRA to track incidents, projects, requests, and other job-related tasks
• Assist other IT staff as needed with their projects
• Basic knowledge of entire plant and where assets are located
• Act as first line of assistance with users

Required

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience
• Superior Problem Solving Skills
• Self-Starter
• Desire to grow and take on added responsibility, specifically with networking
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to work well with others

Preferred

• Experience in industrial setting
• A+, CCNA or other help desk related certifications
