1. Objectives

To assist the power restoration process by relaying information from the Outage Management System (OMS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System, Graphical Information System (GIS), and Customer Information System (CIS) to the appropriate personnel.

To operate the power system's remote-controlled equipment by following the instructions of a qualified person.To enhance member relations by providing prompt, courteous 24-hour telephone service and appropriate referral for problem-solving measures.To provide supplemental record-keeping/clerical support for other departments of the Association.
