Responsibilities
- Audits finished tires to assure that only those within quality standards are passed
- Monitors inspectors understanding and adherence to standards.
- Trains and tests new inspectors
- Generates and maintains boundary samples
- Maintains uniformity and balance machines accuracy control by daily/periodical checks and review and maintains control charts on these machines
- Act as QAs UF and Balance Machine expert
- Review, retest, clean and disposition RRO failures daily
- Issue and control uniformity specifications
- ISO 9001/14001 internal auditor
- Any other job as assigned by QA Manager
