Key Responsibilities
- Lead test development for new product introduction (NPI) and production programs.
- Develop work instructions and training processes for test technicians.
- Operate and program LabVIEW and NI TestStand systems.
- Perform dielectric testing (high potential insulation, continuity) and use oscilloscopes.
- Conduct HALT/HASS testing, vibration, and thermal chamber tests.
- Document results and ensure compliance with AS9100 and MIL-SPEC standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to develop build-to-print processes.
- Drive improvements in test methods, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Associate’s in Engineering Technology with strong experience.
- 7–12 years of aerospace/defense test engineering experience.
- Proficiency with LabVIEW and NI TestStand; C coding experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with thermal chambers, oscilloscopes, and dielectric testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, multi-disciplinary mindset, and ability to work across functions.
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
