Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from government and commercial customers.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and internal policies during proposal preparation and contract execution.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to support the development and submission of compliant, competitive proposals.
- Track contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones to ensure all conditions are met post-award.
- Use internal systems and tools to evaluate and prioritize bid opportunities based on regulatory compliance, strategic alignment, and financial viability.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual terms and modifications, working closely with legal and executive teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding contract status, deliverables, and compliance once a contract is awarded.
- Maintain detailed contract records and documentation to support audits, reporting, and internal reviews.
- Support customer interactions, audits, and performance reviews tied to contract execution and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Aerospace and Defense contracting is strongly preferred.
- 3–7 years of progressive experience in government and/or commercial contract management.
- Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS and other federal acquisition regulations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development and post-award contract execution.
- Ability to interpret complex legal and contractual language and convey implications to cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with executive leadership and government/customer representatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management tools.
