Job Summary:
Plum Creek is seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of MIG welders on a production line.

Duties:

- Manage employees perform welding tasks
- Manage the use of hand tools and welding equipment
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Work with sheet metal, tubing a channel

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
- Basic understanding of MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret spec books

- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience working with hand tools
- Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Ability to lead a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
