The Finance & Administration Coordinator provides essential support in , accounting tasks, and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely processing of financial transactions, and efficient office support for management and staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in both administrative and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Support

  • Prepares and distributes routine financial and operational reports for management.
  • Process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and cut checks.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking and reconciliation.
  • payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate purchases and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as a point of contact between staff, management, and external vendors.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field desired but not required. (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or finance support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
