<div> Columbus Brick, a division of General Shale Brick, is seeking and Industrial Electrical Technician for our manufacturing facility in Columbus, MS. This position is hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Working with predominantly Siemens equipment including S7 &amp; TIA Portal</li> <li>Maintaining/troubleshooting plant electrical systems and automated equipment</li> <li>Performing scheduled preventative maintenance</li> <li>Modifying/updating software and equipment as needed</li> </ul> Applicants should possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of: <ul> <li>Motor Control Circuits</li> <li>Variable Frequency Drives</li> <li>HMI’s</li> <li>Programmable Logic Controllers – predominantly Siemens S7 &amp; TIA Portal</li> <li>Allen Bradley Automation</li> <li>An Associate’s Degree in electrical or related field with experience in an industrial electrical environment</li> <li>5 years’ experience preferred</li> <li>Must be willing to work after hours and on an on-call rotation</li> </ul> Competitive pay and benefits, including: <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li> <li>Disability Insurance</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>401-K w/Company Match</li> <li>Paid Vacations</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> </ul> </div>
