Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 4–6 person concrete crew performing site-related concrete work including curb & gutter, sidewalks, aprons, drainage structures, and pads.
- Coordinate with site leadership to plan and execute daily tasks including layout, forming, rebar placement, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members to build skill and efficiency.
- Communicate project status, needs, and updates to management.
Required Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience supervising or leading concrete crews for site-related projects.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of forming, rebar layout, and finishing processes.
- Leadership and communication skills to manage small teams effectively.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Bilingual speaking is a plus.
