:Full-time Finance Assistant
A position has arisen to complement our Finance Team. The position calls for a dedicated candidate who is reliable, highly self-motivated, has a positive can-do attitude and a hands on approach to work.

This role supports a robust control and compliance environment and includes the following duties and responsibilities:
· Balance sheet reporting and validations
· Preparation of journals for the monthly management accounts
· Weekly reporting
· Preparation of weekly rostering of finance team
· Compilation of monthly VAT reporting
· Banking & Credit Card reconciliations matters
· Upload of payments file into online banking
· Intercompany reconciliation and other
· Overseeing Cashiering and Income Audit functions
· Assisting in the internal and external audit processes
· Prepare and submit statistics as required by local law
· Handling of day-to-day accounting matters
· Support in training preparation and delivery of Finance related operational topics
· Other adhoc reporting and analytical projects that will arise from time to time
· Provide direct support to the Finance Leadership Team
Requirements: -
· Minimum of A level standard of education and/part qualified Accounting Qualification
· Be fluent in the use of computer applications especially MS Excel
· Have excellent written and spoke English
· Must be able to work Monday – Friday with the occasional weekend and after hours when required
